Sydney Lehman founded Lineage with Diana as she completed her MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Prior to her time at Stanford, Sydney was the Director of Strategy and Operations at Sunrun (NYSE: RUN) where she managed the scaling of operations from 1 to 23 states. She has managed and scaled two surgical practices and co-founded a medical grade skincare company, Private Practice by Dr. Koo. Prior to her operational leadership in the consumer space, she was an investment banker in New York City.

Sydney leads Operations, Partnerships, Real Estate, New Build, HR, and Recruiting at Lineage.

Diana Ding founded Lineage with Sydney as she completed her MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Prior to attending Stanford, she invested in businesses across the consumer and tech-enabled services industries at Apax Partners in New York, investing out of the company’s flagship $9.5 billion Global Buyout Fund in businesses with over $2 billion in transaction value. She has over a decade of experience in consumer investing.

Diana leads M&A, Marketing, Growth, Analytics, Accounting, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Legal at Lineage.

HEAD OF DATA & ANALYTICS

Caleb is a finance, operations, and technology expert with a wide range of experience across strategic finance, management consulting, technology consulting, and planning software. He has lead organizations ranging from seed-stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises to build real-time centralized analytics.

He founded a data analytics consulting firm OVG in 2019 and led the Analytics teams teams at Gemini, Sunrun, and DocuSign.

Caleb now runs Lineage’s Data & Analytics team and has built out a real-time centralized data hub allowing for all financial, transaction, and ordering data be centralized and available at all times.

HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Lorraine has an extensive background in HR leadership throughout various healthcare systems. She recently lead HR for HCA Healthcare before joining Lineage.

Lorraine is an avid power lifter who competes all over California and a certified analytics professional. She brings extensive expertise in recruiting and benefits management to Lineage.

BOARD DIRECTOR

Kent Weaver was the lead investor and Chairman of the Board for Aesthetic Partners after growing a home healthcare business that he ran and owned for over 30 years. After starting his family office, Granite Point Partners, Kent has invested across multiple long-term healthcare platforms and has been instrumental in their operational outcomes. Following his success with Aesthetic Partners, Kent now sits as the Chairman of the Board for Lineage and supports the business on operational expansion.

BOARD ADVISOR

Will is the author of The Outsiders: Eight Unconventional CEOs and Their Radically Rational Blueprint for Success, a book that helped inspire the core operating philosophy of long term investment and platform leadership that Lineage lives by. Will is a board advisor for Lineage and works closely with Lineage’s M&A team on capital allocation and structuring. He is a graduate of Harvard College and the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he still teaches courses on investment and operational strategy.
